After my spectacular trip to Iceland, I came to appreciate all the unique and beautiful souvenirs I brought home from my travel – they remind me of the good times I had there.
Here are the top 5 best souvenirs I recommend every Iceland traveller to have!

1. The Magic Mug (Heat Reactive)
Simply a mood-changing mug where the Iceland landscape appears when pouring a hot beverage. It just brings back all the beautiful memories from my Iceland travel.
The mug is one of my favourite purchases from the Northern Lights Center – Reykjavik. Alternatively, you can also order it from HobsonHandbags or PrattShopDesign on Etsy to get yourself this unique mug.

2. The Fantastic Beast of Iceland Poster
The Fantastic Beast of Iceland Poster is a love at first sight. The poster expanded my imagination about Icelandic creatures, particularly after visiting the beautiful natural landscapes of the island.
I find the poster a pretty unique thing to decorate my apartment with. Luckily, even without going to Iceland you can get the exact same poster from GRAPEVINE Reykjavik STORE and get 10% off with coupon code JESSTIENYU10.

3. A Vintage Iceland Map
Another great addition to the apartment decoration – a Vintage Iceland Map.
If you are also an adventurous traveller, this vintage map will serve you well as a reminder of your amazing Iceland trip and also a great tool for planning your next visit to the island. (you can get 10% off from GRAPEVINE Reykjavik STORE with coupon code JESSTIENYU10 at checkout)

4. The Lava Rock
A MUST-HAVE from the world-famous LAVA SHOW at Reykjavik and Vik. The show is the only place on Earth that displays live lava shows.
It was truly a mind-blowing experience for me with lots of educational values and I highly recommend anyone visiting Iceland to check it out. You can simply add a lava rock purchase during your online ticket purchase (recommended!) or buy it on-site.

5. Traditional Dried Haddock
Dating back to the Viking age with over a thousand years of existence, the Icelandic dried haddock is one of the oldest Icelandic snacks to date.
I find this snack special and delicious due to its genuine taste of fish (not overly processed), mild low-salt seasoning, and the high-quality protein it contains; making it almost harmless to snack on constantly during my travel in Iceland.
You can buy it in almost all convenience stores in Iceland, or you can also order it online at GRAPEVINE Reykjavik STORE and get 10% off with promo code JESSTIENYU10.

I hope you enjoy my recommendations and get all the amazing souvenirs during your Iceland visit!
